Collection
We collect from a hospital, mortuary, care home or private residence and bring your person into our care with dignity.
Hospital and mortuary collection is included. A home or care home collection is an additional charge.
Cremation
The cremation takes place at a licensed crematorium without a service, at a time arranged by our team.
An attended farewell can replace or accompany this stage if your family prefers.
Ashes
We return the ashes in a simple container and explain the options for collecting, keeping or scattering them.
Return to a home address is available as an additional charge.

Where does the cremation take place?
At a licensed crematorium serving Greater London. Our team arranges the time and confirms it with you in writing.
Do I have to decide everything at once?
No. You can contact us with only basic details. We will explain the rest and nothing is agreed until you confirm it.
Can I add a small service?
Yes. A short attended farewell can be added to the arrangement, with the date, format and cost confirmed with you first.
Is collection from a hospital included?
Yes. Collection from a hospital or mortuary is included in the core price. Collection from a private residence or care home is an additional charge.
How do I pay?
This website takes no payment. The initial pathway is bank transfer only, after our team has confirmed the arrangement with you personally.
Can we speak in another language?
Yes. Our team speaks English, Polish and Ukrainian.
